Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds: Full refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the original contract signature. To initiate the refund procedure, kindly contact us at 1 (866) 978-8247 or forward an email to help@horizonvistaadvisory.com. Once the request is processed, please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to be processed. For further details, kindly refer to your Consulting Agreement with Vertivado, Inc.

Cancellations: You have the flexibility to cancel without any constraints within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.
